The Little Red Hen Gifts will be celebrating the grand opening of its gift store in Downtown Wilmington on August 24th at 3pm. We hope you'll come up and join us in celebrating this unique new business that features a wonderful array of gifts produced by some of Clinton County's most creative artisans.

The newest addition to Downtown Main Street is The Little Red Hen Gifts, LLC. Owned and operated by ten contributing artisans, the shop is an airy boutique with an eclectic mix of jewelry, baskets, tie dyed clothing, handbags and accessories, children’s bows, all natural soaps and locally grown lavender products to name a few.

Located at 61 E. Main Street, Suite 5 next to the Mediterranean Restaurant, their charming shop is overflowing with creative and unique items all handmade by their current 24 artisans. 

Some of the artisans are retired, or full time employees, housewives, stay at home mothers, or world renowned artists all with a common love for handmade. 

The concept for the store was born from the children’s story where everyone works together toward a common goal and contributes their time and or talents to the day to day and behind the scenes operation of this. There truly is a magic and excitement when this group of artisans comes together, and you can feel the energy and creative juices flood the room.
