Walking Tour of Downtown Lofts
If you have ever wondered what is behind the fantastic front
facades of some of the gorgeous 1890s buildings in historic Downtown
Wilmington, join the “Artsy Spaces in
Lofty Places” walking tour, sponsored by Main Street Wilmington, and assisted by both the Wilmington Community Arts Collaborative
and On the Move.
Several building owners have opened up their unique spaces
for the public to stroll through their upper lofts. Some spaces have been fully renovated. Some
spaces are in extreme disrepair. Some are for rent. And some are for sale. Yet
all portray exciting architecture of days past.
