oooooo... It was a cold but that didn't keep this community from getting out there and enjoying the day! Thanks to all who came down... and to those businesses who handed out treats with a ghoulish smile!

up and head into Downtown Wilmington for a day of TREATS handed out by our local
merchants!
Bags and maps may be picked up at the Murphy Theatre, Wilmington Public Library or For A Song & A Story . Businesses offering treats will have purple and
orange
balloons displayed. (In
case you're wondering... there will be no other children activities downtown
that day.)
